If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment providing that it is unworn and returned in the original packaging. To start the process, all you have to do is contact our team by email at info @pureconfidencebeautique@gmail.com.  You will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees to return the merchandise. Pure Confidence Beautique is not responsible for lost items in the mail, so please track and insure your package. All sales on undergarments, body suits, accessories and sale items are FINAL.
